Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and address their concerns
* Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide personalized solutions
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
