Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing excellent communication skills to assess customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and voicemails, and responding to customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies, and adhering to company standards
- Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals, while striving for continuous improvement
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- Customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
