Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in California. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and helping customers resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrating excellent customer care and focus, with the ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies, with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes, with a focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, with a focus on driving sales and revenue growth
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience, with a focus on using technology to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
