Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
- Provide product information, troubleshooting, and resolution to customer inquiries
- Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
- Up-sell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling
