Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced remote data entry specialist to join our team. As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and quality of our research data. This is a flexible work arrangement that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, with the freedom to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and quality of our research data

  • Conduct data entry tasks, including but not limited to, online surveys, product testing, and research trials
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of data entry activities
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data entry processes
  • Identify and report any errors or discrepancies in data entry
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance data entry skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Current USA resident
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English; Spanish language skills a plus
  • Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
  • Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
  • Microsoft Word or Excel skills helpful but not mandatory
  • Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative assisting

  • Familiarity with online survey tools and research software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
