Job Summary
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your role will be to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide them with the information they need to succeed. This is a part-time, remote role that offers flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate of $28.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Help customers with product questions, troubleshooting, and technical issues
- Track and update orders, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely information
- Solve simple issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members
- Record customer feedback and use it to improve our services and processes
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to customers
- Guide customers through our processes and procedures, ensuring that they have a seamless experience
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support
Requirements
* Strong written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Good communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically
- Reliable and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Able to follow instructions and work independently, with minimal supervision

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
