Job Description

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist (Remote), you'll be responsible for:

• Entering data accurately and efficiently into our database system
• Conducting research studies and surveys, either online or in-person
• Participating in online focus groups and product testing
• Providing feedback and insights to help us improve our products and services
• Working closely with our research team to ensure the quality and accuracy of our data
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to our data protection policies

Responsibilities

* Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database system

• Conduct research studies and surveys, either online or in-person
• Participate in online focus groups and product testing
• Provide feedback and insights to help us improve our products and services
• Work closely with our research team to ensure the quality and accuracy of our data
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to our data protection policies
• Meet productivity and quality standards, as set by our research team
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted

• Current USA resident
• Speak, read, and understand English/Spanish (a plus, as more opportunities are available)
• Able to focus and follow through
• Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
• Microsoft Word or Excel helpful, but not mandatory
• Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
• Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful, but not mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry, research, or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet productivity and quality standards
• Familiarity with online research platforms and tools

Pay and Benefits

* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions

• Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
