As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our clients, ensuring seamless communication, and providing top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately entering incoming customer orders and maintaining accurate records
  • Professionally answering incoming calls and directing them to appropriate individuals, providing basic information or assistance when necessary
  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, helpful, and prompt customer service via phone, email, or in person
  • Performing routine clerical tasks such as filing documents, making copies, scanning records, and maintaining organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Supporting general office operations by assisting with supply inventory, mail distribution, and other tasks as assigned to help maintain efficient workflow and a professional office environment
