Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This is a 6-month opportunity with long-term potential, and you'll have the chance to work remotely from Visalia, CA. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering administrative and business services, including data entry, research, and analysis. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in our data management processes.
  • Communication: Respond to internal partners and external clients, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Auditing: Conduct audits to ensure compliance with specific mandates and regulations.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate deliverables with internal partners to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Data Entry Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
  • Typing Speed: A typing speed of 60+ wpm, with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Healthcare Industry Experience: A strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including medical terminology and regulations.
  • Medical Terminology: A working knowledge of medical terminology, including ICD-10 and CPT coding.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to respond to internal partners and external clients in a clear and concise manner.
