What You'll Be Doing

As a Seasonal Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English – Remote in North Carolina, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to incoming communications, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Your day will be filled with opportunities to make a positive impact, whether it's getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion, or finding resolutions for their issues with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Utilize technology to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience and proficiency in using technology to manage customer interactions
  • High-speed internet (15 mbps) and a reliable computer or laptop
  • Smart phone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
