As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and quality of our research data – information that directly impacts business strategies for major clients. Email Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries through our online ticket response system. You'll communicate with clients and research participants via email, using best-practice templates and your own professional judgment to resolve issues. Data Verification: Cross-check information for accuracy and completeness, flagging any discrepancies or inconsistencies for review by senior team members. Quality Assurance: Adhere to strict quality standards and guidelines to ensure all data meets client specifications and industry best practices.
