Client Growth Manager (SaaS / Client Success)

Sunshine Ecommerce LLC is a fast-growing eCommerce SaaS ecosystem helping entrepreneurs launch and scale online businesses across the United States. We work closely with our clients long-term, helping them grow sustainable online businesses through hands-on support, strategic guidance, operational assistance, and ongoing business development. We are currently expanding our remote team (with teh main office located in Irvine, CA)and looking for ambitious, client-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced and growth-focused environment. About The Role This role focuses on client retention, relationship management, and long-term customer lifetime value (LTV). You will work directly with existing clients through:
- Zoom meetings
- phone calls
- Intercom messaging
- SMS/text communication
- email follow-ups
Your goal is to build strong client relationships, improve engagement, support account growth, and help clients stay active and successful long-term. This is a relationship-driven role that combines:
- customer success,
- SaaS account management,
- retention,
- business consulting,
- and account growth.
This is NOT a cold-calling or high-pressure sales role.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
- Conduct onboarding and strategy Zoom calls
- Help clients navigate and scale their businesses
- Increase long-term client engagement and retention
- Support account expansion and re-investment
- Monitor account health and performance
- Communicate consistently through Zoom, phone, Intercom, text, and email
- Maintain accurate CRM and client communication records
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience

Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is highly preferred:

Experience with platforms such as Intercom, CRM systems, or Zoom is a strong plus. Compensation & Benefits
- $48,000 annual base salary
- Additional $40,000–$50,000 annual commission and performance bonuses based on targets and portfolio performance
