Procurement Operations Analyst
Job Summary We’re seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Procurement Operations Analyst to support critical supply chain and purchasing functions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, and fostering strong vendor relationships. You’ll play a key role in strategic planning efforts, support continuous process improvements, and help align pricing strategies with broader business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory functions, including order placement, vendor invoicing, and stock level maintenance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for vendor communication, including issue resolution and ongoing coordination.
- Support strategic inventory planning and purchasing decisions in collaboration with cross-functional team members.
- Assist with competitive pricing updates and product sourcing to align with company goals for market positioning and profitability.
- Help implement process improvements related to packaging, unit of measure decisions, and handling efficiency in coordination with operations partners.
- Review and interpret reports to maintain ordering accuracy, streamline workflows, and support operational performance.
