As an Entry Level/ Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for executing a range of general administrative tasks, including:

  • Managing staff member records and databases
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Handling special projects and tasks related to the organization
  • Processing payments and managing financial transactions
  • Performing organizational tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • *Key Responsibilities**

• Operate computerized systems and software applications to perform data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure efficient use of time and resources
  • Manage special projects and tasks related to the organization, including research, data analysis, and reporting
  • Process payments and manage financial transactions, including invoicing, reconciliations, and budgeting
  • Perform organizational tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters, to ensure prompt and professional responses
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information, including personnel records, financial data, and other confidential materials
  • *Essential Qualifications**

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to perform data entry and record-keeping tasks with high precision

• Experience in data entry, record-keeping, or other administrative tasks
