Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Advisor to join our virtual team in Florida. As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages, and completing applications for insurance products. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Calling and receiving calls from clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions
- Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits and presenting insurance products and benefits packages over Zoom video call
- Completing applications for insurance products and ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Attending ongoing, optional training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
- Collaborating with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and results
Preferred Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving
- Ability to learn, adapt, and adjust on the go in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and drive to succeed in a results-oriented culture
- Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the insurance industry
- Proficiency in Zoom video conferencing and other virtual communication tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
