Job Summary

As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to protect their families. You'll work closely with clients to review their benefits plans, enroll them in their chosen plans, and ensure they receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities

* Contact clients who have requested their benefits and schedule appointments to review their plans

  • Conduct virtual benefit reviews with clients via Zoom, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience
  • Enroll clients in their chosen benefits plans, providing clear explanations and addressing any questions or concerns
  • Complete a report card after each benefit overview, tracking client satisfaction and progress
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support
