Job Summary
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our research projects by collecting and entering data, conducting online surveys, and participating in focus groups. Key Responsibilities
* Collect and enter data from various sources, including online surveys, focus groups, and product testing
- Conduct online surveys and participate in focus groups to gather valuable insights
- Use Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized and manage data
- Communicate effectively with research participants and study moderators
- Meet productivity and quality standards for data entry and research participation
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Speak, read, and understand English (Spanish a plus for additional opportunities)
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with stable internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel helpful but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
* Backgrounds in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Experience with online surveys, focus groups, and product testing
- Familiarity with research software and tools
Pay and Benefits
* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
- Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
