Your Role

As a Remote Customer Care Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Educating Clients on Tailored Benefit Solutions: Use your exceptional communication skills to educate clients on our financial services and risk management solutions, and help them make informed decisions about their benefit needs.
  • Presenting to Clients on Zoom: Develop your presentation skills and learn how to effectively communicate with clients remotely using Zoom.
  • Developing and Maintaining Long-Term Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients and develop a deep understanding of their needs and goals.
  • Managing Client Portfolios with Accuracy and Professionalism: Use our world-class systems and support to manage client portfolios with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Working Independently as Part of a High-Performing Team: Collaborate with our team members to achieve business goals and drive growth through exceptional customer service.

  • A High School Diploma or GED: We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company.

  • The Ability to Pass a Background Check: We're committed to maintaining a safe and secure work environment for our team members and clients.

  • Prior Experience in Finance, Sales, or Business: While not required, prior experience in finance, sales, or business is a plus.
