Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Address complex, unstructured problems through advanced conceptual thinking
  • Advocate for your customer, take ownership of the experience, and utilize your expertise to deliver outstanding customer support to small businesses regarding their financial programs
  • Train and work from home (remote) before transitioning to on-site work
  • Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing business outcomes
  • Efficiently navigate and operate multiple programs and applications at the same time

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to multi-task on a computer
  • Be comfortable sharing product upgrade options
  • Must have at least 1 year or more of customer service experience. Prior tech support experience is preferred
  • Taking ownership over the solutions provided, going above and beyond to lead customers to the best outcome
  • Ability to exceed each customer's expectations by providing personalized solutions
  • High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone

Time Type

This is a full-time position, and the work schedule is typically 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
