Key Responsibilities
As a remote data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Participating in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
- Completing data entry tasks, including surveys, questionnaires, and other forms of feedback
- Providing honest and thoughtful responses to help us understand consumer behavior and preferences
- Working independently from home, using your computer, laptop, or mobile device
- Meeting deadlines and following through on commitments
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A reliable internet connection and a computer, laptop, or mobile device
- Basic data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
- Strong communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking English (Spanish is a plus)
- Current USA resident
- Education varies by study, but all levels are accepted
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills are helpful but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are helpful. Additionally, having a webcam and a stable internet connection can be beneficial for certain studies.
Pay and Benefits
As a remote data entry specialist, you can earn up to $3,000 per multi-session research study and up to $250 per single research study session. We also offer a flexible schedule, allowing you to work from home at your own pace.
