Job Summary

As a Customer Service Loyalty Champion II at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer loyalty and retention through proactive measures and exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for resolving complex customer issues, preventing churn, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Resolve complex customer issues, including escalations, billing, and product Q&A, in a timely and professional manner

  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell arenaflex products and services, resulting in increased revenue and customer loyalty
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and implement proactive measures to prevent churn
  • Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement targeted loyalty and retention strategies for high-value and at-risk customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Meet or exceed sales and retention goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention goals
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the business
  • Must meet all home office requirements, including a private workspace, minimum internet speed, and a desk for the required equipment provided

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience troubleshooting customer products and services and working knowledge of arenaflex's network to position network solutions

  • Experience promoting and upselling products or services
  • 1+ years of retention experience
  • Based on the required in-person training and periodic center collaborations of this role, candidates should live in Texas within a 75-mile radius of our listed hub location
