- Shift Differential: $1.50 per hour for hours between 6PM- 6AM, and $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts (Sat and Sun, 6am-6pm)
- Paid Training: Three-to-six-week paid training period to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed
What You'll Do
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Efficiently Managing Inbound Calls: Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Active Listening: Listen attentively to customer needs and provide clear, accurate information
- Accessing Cardholder Accounts: Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies
- Assisting with Inquiries: Assist cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses
- Processing Transactions: Process transactions efficiently via web-based applications and handle research requests with precision
- Communicating Effectively: Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations
- Maintaining Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology
- Supporting Team Operations: Support team operations during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service
What We're Looking For

6 months of Customer Service, Call Center or Dispatch experience

A High School Diploma or equivalent

A reliable internet connection and a dedicated work area
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center or Dispatch experience
- Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
- Comply with camera requirements for meetings and training
- Have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs
- Have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection
- Complete an internet speed test and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download
- Have a working knowledge of computers and Windows applications
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- 1+ years of previous call center experience
