Job Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving their inquiries, and delivering a positive experience. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing excellent communication skills to assess customers' needs, provide solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with ease and efficiency
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
- Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
- Upselling opportunities as needed to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue growth
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience with a variety of software applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
