Position Description

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Associates to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving complex issues, and escalating concerns when necessary
• Working with a variety of clients, including appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
• Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and targets, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
• Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
• A computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements, including:

+ Processor: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or better) + Operating System: Windows 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) or higher + RAM: 8GB or more

• A webcam
• High-speed internet access with a download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
• A quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
• Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training program, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST)
