Job Description

As a Remote Online Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Data entry and research studies
  • Participating in online surveys and focus groups
  • Providing feedback on products and services
  • Working independently with minimal supervision
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: + Accurately and efficiently enter data into our database + Meet productivity and quality standards + Identify and report any errors or discrepancies

  • Research Studies:

+ Participate in online surveys and focus groups + Provide feedback on products and services + Meet participation and engagement requirements

  • Communication:

+ Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner + Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals

  • Administrative Tasks:

+ Maintain accurate records and files + Perform other administrative tasks as required

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Reliable internet connection and computer equipment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing

  • Background in healthcare, warehouse work, or delivery driving
  • Data entry or administrative assistant experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
