Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering systems. With a focus on delivering exceptional service, you'll become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology
- Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide solutions
- Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering systems
- Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience
Minimum Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Experience with CRM software and customer service technology
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing)
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
