The Role
As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering an exceptional customer experience that's both personalized and professional. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, providing technical support, and interpreting and following defined procedures and policies. You'll also be expected to possess creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner - Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently - Manage customer accounts and provide technical support - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies - Possess creative problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing projects and updates - Manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively - Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
Essential Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - Moderate to advanced computer skills - High level of comfort learning new technology - High level of professionalism - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace - Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period - Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period - Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet - Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required - NOT compatible with Mobile Internet Service Providers and/or Satellite - NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapter/extenders
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Previous experience in a Call Center - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Spanish Bilingual, a plus
