What You’ll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls: Handle multiple calls simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet performance metrics.
  • Listen actively to understand customer needs: Listen attentively to customers, asking clarifying questions to ensure you understand their concerns and provide accurate information.
  • Access cardholder accounts: Use our web-based applications to access cardholder accounts, providing information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies.
  • Assist cardholders with inquiries: Help cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Process transactions efficiently: Use our web-based applications to process transactions, handling research requests with precision and accuracy.
  • Communicate in a warm and empathetic manner: Provide exceptional customer service, communicating in a warm and empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company and client programs: Stay up-to-date on company and client programs, policies, and technology, using this knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Support team operations: Assist team members during peak times or absences, helping to maintain seamless service and ensuring our clients' customers receive exceptional service.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Age and Education: Be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer Service Experience: Have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center, or Dispatch experience.
  • Background Check: Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
  • Internet and Equipment Requirements: Have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection, as well as a dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
  • Working Knowledge of Computers: Possess a working knowledge of computers and Windows applications.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with 1+ years of previous call center experience.
