Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk – Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our research initiatives and data collection efforts. You'll work independently from home, using your computer, laptop, or mobile device to complete tasks, micro-tasks, and participate in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who value flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to work on their own schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete data entry tasks, including reading, writing, and typing at a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Participate in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
- Use your webcam for video-based studies, which may pay more
- Conduct studies using your smartphone, as required
- Maintain a stable internet connection and a reliable computer or laptop
- Use Microsoft Word or Excel to keep yourself organized, although this is not mandatory
- Follow instructions and take direction from our team
- Meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently
Requirements
* Education varies by study, and all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English and Spanish (a plus, as more opportunities are available)
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills are helpful but not mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
* Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are helpful but not mandatory
- Data entry skills and experience are a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
