Join Our Team

As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Aftermarket Auto Parts, you'll be an integral part of our customer service team, working from the comfort of your own home. You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers with post-purchase related issues, including returns, tracking orders, cancellations, and more
  • Continuously educate yourself on our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborate with our customer service leadership team to identify trends and problems, and implement solutions to improve our services
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and use tact when dealing with difficult customers
  • Proficiency in computer keyboarding and internet skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Oral and written communication, interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Successful completion of our customer service new hire training program
  • Bi-lingual a plus
  • Residency in PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT

Essential Job Functions

  • Work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
  • Operate general office equipment, including fax machines, photocopiers, and computer printers
