About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team in Waco, TX. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. Your customer-first mindset and dedication to delivering high-quality service will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Fielding inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Age: 18 years or older

  • Customer Service and/or Retail Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
