Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping us achieve our mission. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers via phone, email, and online chat, resolving issues, and answering questions about health insurance enrollment. If you're a self-motivated, success-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, resolving issues and answering questions about health insurance enrollment. - Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving complex issues. - Enter application data accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of productivity and attention to detail. - Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned, providing timely and effective support to customers. - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels. - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide innovative solutions. - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, passing required exams to ensure eligibility for certifications.

Essential Qualifications

- Moderate to Advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology. - High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace. - Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service. - Ability to commit to full attendance for paid 3-week training period. - Minimum Internet speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet, with cable/fiber broadband internet and a hard-wired ethernet connection required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, with a strong understanding of health insurance enrollment processes. - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a high level of comfort using technology to resolve issues. - Spanish bilingual, with a strong desire to serve a diverse customer base. - Previous experience in a call center environment, with a high level of proficiency in handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
