Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced remote data entry specialist and research panelist to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you'll be responsible for completing a variety of tasks and projects, including data entry, online surveys, and product testing. You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from consumer goods to healthcare and technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete data entry tasks, including online surveys, product testing, and research studies
- Participate in online focus groups and product testing sessions
- Provide feedback and insights on products and services
- Meet productivity and quality standards for data entry and research tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure high-quality data and insights
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Current USA resident
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English; Spanish language skills a plus
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
- Microsoft Word or Excel skills helpful but not mandatory
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support helpful but not mandatory
