Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality service in every customer interaction, ensuring that our clients receive the support and guidance they need to make informed decisions about their benefits. Key Responsibilities

* Field customer inquiries and address pain points in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and informed guidance to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Conduct outbound calling and set appointments to discuss benefits with clients
  • Perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide informed guidance to clients

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • 18+ years of age to ensure eligibility for benefits
  • Must pass a background check to ensure a safe and secure work environment
  • High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required

Preferred Qualifications

While the minimum qualifications are essential, we're also looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of benefits and insurance products
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer issues
