Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service Insurance Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing professional, accurate, and timely assistance to clients while building relationships with them and the carrier to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Understanding, introducing, and leveraging the products and services available as appropriate to meet client needs.
  • Updating and maintaining client accounts within a customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure the accuracy of binders, policies, and other relevant documents that are delivered to clients.
  • Servicing multi-state clients, including coverage and risk analysis, endorsement activity, billing questions, problem-solving, and renewal processing.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Active Property and Casualty License.
  • 4+ years of Personal Lines insurance customer service experience required.
  • Experience with high-net-worth carriers such as Chubb, PURE, AIG/PCS, etc.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and proactively, edit communications for spelling and grammar, and present information effectively without the use of technical jargon.
  • Self-confident with the ability to make sound independent decisions.
  • Proficient in using a variety of computer programs, including CRM, MS Office, and carrier quoting tools.
  • Highly professional and self-motivated with the ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and an energetic personality.

Work Environment and Requirements

To ensure your success in this role, you'll need to meet the following work environment and technical requirements:

  • A dedicated workspace that is quiet and free from noises that could be distracting to the employee, such as children, family members, friends, and neighbors, pets and pet distractions, television and radio, outdoor activities, and the environment cannot be in a location that is recorded by video or audio at any time unless arenaflex requires it.
  • A computer provided by arenaflex.
  • High-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection, no WI-FI, Satellite or Hot spot.
  • Upload speed of 5 Mbps; Download speed of 16 Mbps.
  • The Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss.
  • Latency under 100ms.
  • An available cell phone or tablet and the ability to install our required 2FA software for Multifactor authentication on that device.
