Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of our company, and your goal will be to deliver exceptional service that exceeds our customers' expectations. You'll work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions from our product line. You'll also be responsible for processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using our state-of-the-art technology.

Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders, make product recommendations, and handle account inquiries using world-class technology

• Be a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Understand customer needs and recommend arenaflex's best solutions
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment

• Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
• Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
