Job Summary
As a Solutions Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers' journey from presale to installation and beyond. You will collaborate with our customers to understand their needs, design and deploy scalable solutions, and provide expert guidance on Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, and infrastructure management. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and design scalable solutions that meet their requirements
- Guide and support customers throughout the entire customer life cycle, from presale to installation and beyond
- Develop and maintain high-quality documentation to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
- Work closely with our Solutions Architecture and Engineering team to ensure alignment and consistency in our solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and infrastructure management
Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in engineering and operations, with a strong background in systems, software, infrastructure, and cloud computing
- 2+ years of experience supporting external customers, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
- In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes (design, deploy, manage) and cloud-native technologies
- Experience with orchestration, containerization, and cloud computing (compute, networking, and storage services)
- Strong Linux skills (Bash, Shell) and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, and C
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud-native platforms such as AKS, EKS, and GKE
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant discipline is ideal
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cloud-native applications and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
- Experience with customer success and support teams, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
