Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our company, working directly with customers to resolve their concerns, answer their questions, and provide expert advice on our products and services. You'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Making recommendations and introducing customers to our VIP Family perks
- Meeting sales goals and targets
- Collaborating with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide expert advice on our products and services, including shoes, socks, insoles, apparel, and accessories
- Make recommendations and introduce customers to our VIP Family perks
- Meet sales goals and targets, including resolving customer concerns and providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date on our products, services, and promotions to provide expert advice and recommendations
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
Requirements
* Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high-volume call center environment (highly preferred)
- Previous remote or work-from-home experience
- Ability to listen to customer needs, make effective recommendations, and apply technical knowledge
- Positive attitude and ability to be self-motivated in a work-from-home atmosphere
- Ability to type, navigate the internet, use basic computer software, and calculate simple retail math
- Engaging customer service skills to deliver a WOW experience
- Already established work-from-home environment using your own Windows-based PC or laptop with high-speed internet
