Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping our clients navigate the complexities of health insurance. You'll be responsible for providing technical support, managing customer accounts, and answering inbound and outbound calls. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and resolving. - Manage customer accounts and provide technical support, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Answer inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services. - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex's standards. - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, thinking outside the box to find innovative solutions. - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, adjusting to changing projects and updates while maintaining a high level of productivity. - Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines. - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Qualifications

- 18 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred - Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner - Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace - Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period - Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period - Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet - Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required (NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites) - NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role - Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act - Previous experience in a Call Center environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Spanish Bilingual, a plus
