Key Responsibilities
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients' customers via inbound calls, ensuring First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC) - Assisting callers with billing inquiries, determining offerings customers are missing, and making upgrade and add-on service recommendations - Ensuring accurate and complete sales coding - Building trust and rapport with customers through clear, confident, and professional communication - Managing client needs quickly and effectively - Promoting additional products and services assertively - Demonstrating empathy and a sincere desire to assist and prioritize customers' needs

Education and Qualifications
