Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience that's both personalized and supportive. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and empathy

  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Enter application data accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and deadlines
  • Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on industry developments

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • High level of professionalism, with a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction
  • Ability to work from home with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required for the Training Period
  • Committed to full attendance for paid 3-week Training period
  • Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s with ethernet
  • Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection required
  • NOT compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites
  • NOT compatible with Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role

  • Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
  • Previous experience in a Call Center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation and Benefits

* Salary: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
