Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to individuals seeking health insurance through our platform. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, manage accounts, and provide technical support. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service experience consistently, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and guidance on health insurance options - Enter application data accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless customer experience - Participate in online chat inquiries as assigned, providing timely and effective support - Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications - Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues - Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates - Manage time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines - Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on industry developments

Qualifications

- Moderate to Advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology - High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Comfortable working from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace - Self-motivated and success-driven, with a passion for customer service and health insurance - Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles is a plus - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus - Spanish Bilingual is a plus
