Job Summary
As a Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our credentialing and verification processes. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, communicating with provider offices, and maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all communications. Responsibilities
* Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while working within established guidelines, software, and multiple applications
- Check two email accounts daily and stay up-to-date with knowledge checks assigned
- Communicate professionally with provider offices to request any missing information
- Utilize PDM knowledge to ensure seamless data entry and management
- Establish priorities and coordinate day-to-day tasks independently
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all communications on behalf of credentialing applicants and/or applications that are time-sensitive
- Respond to emails in a timely and effective manner
- Possess proficient computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Access
- Demonstrate basic healthcare knowledge and data entry skills, with a minimum of 25-30 wpm typing speed
- Ensure a secure workspace with a minimum of 50 mbps internet speed (100 mbps for multiple users)
- Maintain a smartphone with an active mobile plan for communication and training purposes
- Participate in virtual training sessions and adhere to client requests for camera usage
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, healthcare, or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Access
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in all communications
- Basic healthcare knowledge and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and establish priorities
- Reliable internet connection and smartphone with an active mobile plan
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with PDM knowledge and credentialing software
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Certification in medical terminology or a related field
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with arenaflex's credentialing and verification processes
