Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative - Property and Casualty Insurance, you'll be responsible for managing inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents, providing solutions for their pet insurance needs. You'll work directly with clients to build rapport, educate them on our products and services, and provide a WOW! experience that exceeds their expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents for the purpose of selling pet insurance policies
- Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently
- Handle all interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times
- Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of arenaflex's brand and our pet insurance products
- Build strong knowledge of products and services offered
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to clients
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills
* High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years sales experience
- Proven attendance reliability
- Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends
- Current active resident property and casualty insurance license - General P&C, NOT Personal Lines - in a minimum of 25 to 50 states
- Licenses must remain active throughout the duration of the assignment
Preferred Qualifications
* Proven sales success within an inbound service environment, preferably a direct sales environment
- Insurance industry sales experience
- Service industry and/or Contact Center experience
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with deadlines
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills
- Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections
- Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail
- Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet
