Job Overview

As a full stack customer service representative in a contractor role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You will work closely with our clients to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, you will be expected to deliver high-quality service while maintaining a professional demeanor and friendly tone.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat, and email - Resolve customer inquiries and address concerns in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a fair and consistent manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with client products and services to provide informed support and recommendations - Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Schedule and Earnings

- Majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime - Opportunity to create a work schedule that works best for you (within client hours of operation) - Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour - Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers - Additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish - Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care - Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills - Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor - Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset - Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Technology and Equipment Requirements

- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported) - Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS) - Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication - High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity - Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed - Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad needed for authentication

Work Environment Requirements

- Quiet, uninterrupted space - Organized desk area - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Contractual Relationship

- The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship - You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex - arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex - When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
