Job Overview

As a contractor with arenaflex, you will work from home, interacting with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat/email. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer support, addressing their needs and concerns in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner. You will have the opportunity to create a work schedule that suits your needs, within the client's hours of operation.

Schedule and Earnings

The majority of work hours will be during weekdays and daytime, with the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you. Your contract earnings will vary by client, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish: You will be able to communicate effectively with customers, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing clear and concise solutions.
  • Proven track record in customer service: You will have a strong background in delivering outstanding customer care, with a focus on resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations.

Technology and Equipment Requirements

To perform your duties effectively, you will need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:

  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM: You will need a reliable computer with sufficient RAM to handle multiple applications and tasks.
  • Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11: You will need to use a supported operating system to ensure seamless connectivity and functionality.
  • Wired USB headset with microphone: You will need a high-quality headset to ensure clear and effective communication with customers.
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed: You will need a reliable and fast internet connection to ensure seamless connectivity and functionality.
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed: You will need to ensure that your computer is protected from malware and viruses.
  • Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad needed for authentication: You will need a mobile device to authenticate and access client systems.

Contractual Relationship

As an independent contractor with arenaflex, you will be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and other expenses. You will not be eligible for employee benefits, such as vacation pay, sick leave, or health insurance. You will be required to sign a contractual agreement outlining the terms and conditions of your engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

As a contractor with arenaflex, you will be paid on an hourly basis, with rates ranging from $17 to $20 per hour. You will also be eligible for additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.
