Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Property and Casualty Insurance Sales, you'll be responsible for managing inbound inquiries from pet parents, providing solutions for their pet insurance needs, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents to provide solutions for their pet insurance needs

  • Manage time and other resources to ensure sales goals are met consistently
  • Handle all interactions promptly and effectively to minimize wait times
  • Build rapport with potential customers to reinforce the value of arenaflex's brand and pet insurance products
  • Build strong knowledge of products and services offered
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills

* High school diploma or GED

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Proven attendance reliability
  • Flexible schedule requirements, with the ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Current active resident property and casualty insurance license in a minimum of 35 states, but preferably all 50 + D.C.
  • Licenses must remain active throughout the duration of the assignment

Preferred Qualifications

* Proven sales success within an inbound service environment, preferably a direct sales environment

  • Insurance industry sales experience
  • Service industry and/or Contact Center experience
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with deadlines
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and phone communication skills
  • Excellent tracking, follow-up, negotiating, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently overcome objections
  • Articulate, professional, and possesses a strong quality sales mindset with attention to detail
  • Proven history of adherence to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and Internet
