Key Responsibilities

As a Mandarin-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a compassionate and empathetic manner
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin: You'll need to be fluent in both languages to communicate effectively with customers.
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience: You'll need to have a strong background in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences.
  • High school diploma or equivalent: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to be eligible for this role.
  • Computer experience: You'll need to be comfortable using computers and technology to communicate with customers and access information.
  • High-speed internet connection: You'll need a reliable high-speed internet connection to work from home.
