Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a remote basis. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases. You'll use your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues, while providing exceptional service and helping customers feel heard. Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases
• Assisting customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs
• Using your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues
• Helping de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism
• Occasionally assisting with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills. If you have:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers
• Experience in customer service or call centers (training will be provided)
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• The ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM
• High-speed internet access with download speeds of 10mbps+ and upload speeds of 3mbps+
• A secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours
• Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology (preferred)

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Have at least six months of experience in customer service
• Have high-speed internet access with download speeds of 10mbps+ and upload speeds of 3mbps+
• Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM
• Have a secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours
• Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology (preferred)
• Be flexible with at least 40 hours of availability per week (at least 8 of those hours on one weekend day)
• Work at least 16 hours per week, working no more than 29 hours per week
• Reside in one of our US hiring zones (excluding AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, and NY)
