Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing paper and/or electronic data reports upon request
- Data entry into internal and external customer portal
- Following up to obtain required documentation
- Providing reports as requested
- Verifying defects identified by inspectors
- Collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of company information
- Creating and maintaining charts and graphs
- Demonstrating commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidents
- Complying with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies
- Performing administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties
- Obtaining signatures as needed
- Escalating issues as needed
- Electronically storing all required job documents, including data, charts, and imaging, according to arenaflex's filing conventions
- Performing audits on all electronic job files to ensure required documents have been stored by all departments
- Escalating missing file requirements
Technical Requirements
* Time entry into portals
- Ensuring hard copy data is filed per ISO standards
- Verifying and balancing data entries
- Auditing entries for accuracy
Other Responsibilities
* Any other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager/Site Manager
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Hard Skills: + Proficiency in the English language + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Experience with spreadsheets and online forms + Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint + Attention to detail + Superior data entry and typing skills + Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and multitask + Demonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced challenging environment + Ability to take initiative and recognize needs

Work Experience
* 2+ years of work experience in data entry
- Working knowledge of the automotive/manufacturing industry preferred
- Experience with quality systems or quality training an asset
Education Background
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Secondary school diploma is an asset
